Teen Ministry
St Paul’s Teen Ministry Mission Statement
St Paul’s Teen Ministry is a tool available to all teens. We use this ministry not only to reach the teen members of this church and keep them active in the word, but also to reach out to our community and those who have no faith. To encourage the spiritual growth of their faith through Fellowship with their peers, through the Study of God’s Word as it relates to them and through their Service to God within their church, family and community as a group or individual.
Our Teen Group will be involved throughout the year in some of the following activities and opportunities.
A). FELLOWSHIP
1 .Bi-monthly meetings, activities and events
2. Church worship
3. Youth Rallies
B). SERVICE
1. To Church and God
2. To Community
3. To Elderly and Disabled
4. To Family
C). EDUCATION
1. Teen Bible School (Sunday)
2. Special Topic Study (Meeting Night)
3. Area Teen Seminars (To Be Planned)
D). RECREATION
1. Outings planned by teens
E) WORSHIP
1. Teen Worship Service
2. Special music
This is a general outline of what the teens will be involved in. At any given time this outline can be expanded to include new ideas the Teen Group may choose.
The Teen Group will consist of the following:
Teen Council
Teen council is made up of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. They are responsible for running the meetings.
Parent Advisory Group
Made up of parents committed to helping with the activities that require adult supervision. They will research any new activities or projects that may be more involved and give their approval, advise the Teens on any recommendations they have, and keep the Teen Ministry on track.
