Bible Study

“Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 3:18

Starting Point

Starts September 9

Mondays at 6:30 pm

We all have questions. What does the bible say about heaven and hell? Why does this church baptize babies? Where did the bible come from? Starting point is a class that is offered by St. Paul's to provide these answers using God's Word. If you've never been to a bible study or are just looking for a review of the biblical teachings, please consider taking this class. This is also a great way to understand what your children are being taught in religion classes at St. Paul's. While this class acts as a path to church membership, there is no obligation to join our church. We simply want to teach God's Word so that you can grow in faith and in a greater understanding of the bible.

Our next session of Starting Point will begin on Monday, September 9th at 6:30pm. Each class runs for one hour every week for 15 weeks. Childcare will be provided upon request. Please contact Pastor Olson for any questions (

Real Stories for the Real World

Sundays at 9:20 am

Fellowship Hall

In worship this summer, our pastors will be leading our congregation in some of the key stories from the gospel of Mark and how they apply to our lives of faith. Some of these include – Jesus walking on water, Jesus raising a little girl back to life, Jesus calming the storm, and more! Our Sunday morning Bible study will study these accounts more in-depth and build on the sermon for the day. This will be a great way to supplement the 15-20 minute sermon and allow us to think about some of the things that might not normally make the sermon. Please note, we will not be having 10:30 am Sunday or Wednesday 9 am Bible study during the summer months.

New Men’s Bible Study: The Gospel of Mark

Tuesdays at 6:30 am

Fireside Room

Our Saturday Men’s Bible study has been a great blessing with about 30 Christian men in attendance each week. Because Saturday mornings do not work for all guys, we wanted to offer an additional one during the week. Our new Men’s Bible study meets Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am in our fireside room (each class will be about 45-60 minutes…feel free to leave early if you need to get to work or somewhere else). We are studying the Gospel of Mark. There is no need to sign up, but to help plan on numbers, feel free to email Pastor Ehlke if you are interested:

20-30s Group: Prepared to Answer

Thursdays at 6:30 pm

Location varies

Our Bible study for our 20-30's group has been meeting on Thursday nights. They plan to meet during the summer months at one of the group member's homes on Thursdays at 6:30 pm. They continue looking at a book called Prepared to Answer, that deals with topics/objections Christians face in their lives. Each week has a different topic so it’s easy to jump in at any time. If you’re interested in attending, reach out to Blake Sorenson:

Women’s Bible Class Out of Context – 8 Bible Passages Most Christians Get Wrong (Time of Grace)

Mondays at 6:30 pm

Fireside Room

Our Monday evening women's class takes a look at a book that talks about 8 common Bible passages that people take out of context. We are not only encouraged in our faith as we study God’s Word, but we pray that our understanding of Scripture will give us an even greater appreciation of the richness of God’s grace.

Women’s Bible Class: The Book of Acts

Thursdays at 6:30 am

Via Zoom

The Thursday Women’s Bible class is a great option for those heading into work, or those who like to get an early start on the day. Summer is a great time to jump in as we continue our study of the Book of Acts and see how Christians took the message of salvation throughout the world. This is a zoom study – email Jan for the link:
